Bookstore Refund Policy
The original receipt must be present for all exchanges and refunds.
Textbooks may be returned or exchanged during the first two weeks of class,
or within seven days of purchase. New textbooks must be in their original
condition, to be returned as a "new" book. Exceptions may be made, at the
discretion of management, regarding used textbooks. Textbooks that are
shrink-wrapped, including those with access codes, may only be returned if
all components are unused. Supplies and clothing may be returned
within fourteen days of purchase, with receipt and tags attached. They
must be in their original condition, unused. Any exceptions to this policy
are at the discretion of management. Food/Drink sales are final.
Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Cash
refunds over $300 will be issued in the form of a mailed check.
Returns of items purchased using financial aid must be made within the
financial aid release timeframe. Dates are posted on the Campus Shop
website.
