STUDENT ID

A student ID or other form of government-issues ID is REQUIRED in the Campus Shop to:

• use Financial Aid.
• pick up Dual Enrollment textbooks.

Book Purchase Procedures

Please have your course schedule available when purchasing books at the Campus Shop.  

DUAL ENROLLMENT BOOKS DUE

SPRING Dual Enrollment books are due back at the bookstore by MAY 5th.  

Failure to return textbooks results in a hold and a charge of up to $75.00 per book on your student account. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Due to increasing shipping rates, the cost of shipping and handling for textbook orders has increased. 

Inclusive Access | OPT OUT DEADLINE

The deadline to opt out of INCLUSIVE ACCESS/E-BOOKS for Spring Mini-mester II is March 20th.    

WEB ORDERS

Web orders will be processed 24- hours from time of placement.  You will be contacted when your web order is ready for pickup.  

If you choose to have your order sent to another campus OR shipped via UPS, please allow 48-72 hours for delivery.

Graduation Timeline

May 14, 2026 : Deadline for Graduation Fees

May 19, 2026 : Cap & Gown distribution begins

May 27, 2026 : GRADUATION CEREMONY!!!!

Cap & Gown Orders

Beginning Monday, April 20th, all cap & gown orders will be made through the Main Campus bookstore. The last day to place orders for a cap & gown is April 30th.
