Your student ID is REQUIRED in the Campus Shop to:

• use Financial Aid.
• pick up Dual Enrollment textbooks.

Book Purchase Procedures

Please have your course schedule available when purchasing books at the Campus Shop.  

DUAL ENROLLMENT BOOKS

Spring 2025 Dual Enrollment Textbooks can be picked up as early as January 6th, 2025. You must retrieve your books from the campus that you are ENROLLED in. The Campus Shop HIGHLY encourages you to retrieve your books prior to the first day of class to avoid long wait times.

DUAL ENROLLMENT BOOKS DUE

Spring Dual Enrollment books are due by May 5th, 2025. 
Failure to return textbooks results in a hold and a charge of up to $75.00 per book on your student account. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Due to increasing shipping rates, the cost of shipping and handling for textbook orders has increased.

SUMMER BOOKSTORE HOURS

The Campus bookstore will observe normal business hours during the first two days of class.  There will be no extended hours during this time.

Monday May 19th- 8am-6pm

Tuesday May 20th- 8am-6pm

Inclusive Access | OPT OUT DEADLINE

The deadline to opt out of Inclusive Access/Blackboard courses for SUMMER SEMESTER is June 2nd.    

WEB ORDERS

Web orders will be processed 24-48 hours from time of placement.  For questions regarding your web order, please call 912-443-5775.  We are happy to assist!

FINANCIAL AID

Summer semester Financial Aid will be available for use in the bookstore starting May 12th.  The last day to use Financial Aid in the bookstore will be May 30th. 
All Financial Aid purchases/pre-pays/exchanges/ returns must be made during this time.
